Shipping Overview

Applies across all product categories unless a section below specifies otherwise.

All products ship from our verified freight network. Shipping method, carrier selection, and transit timeline depend on product type, destination country, and freight availability at time of dispatch.

How We Operate

  • Each order is matched to the correct freight class before processing begins
  • Shipping quotes are confirmed prior to dispatch for all heavy-freight and international orders
  • Freight schedules vary — shipping slots depend on carrier availability at time of booking
  • All items are packaged and documented according to their freight and compliance requirements
  • High-demand units may dispatch quickly — confirm availability before placing large orders

Outboard Motors Shipping

Marine engines require specialized freight handling. Here is exactly how we manage it.

Outboard motors shipping is coordinated through freight carriers experienced in handling marine engines. We carry motors across multiple brands and horsepower classes, each shipped according to its weight class and packaging requirements.

Before Dispatch

  • Each unit is inspected for external damage and operational readiness before packaging
  • Fuel systems are cleared in compliance with international freight regulations
  • Motors are secured in reinforced crating appropriate for their size and weight
  • All shipping documentation — including engine serial numbers — is prepared and attached

Freight & Delivery

  • Domestic shipments move via LTL or dedicated freight depending on motor size
  • International outboard motor shipping is handled via ocean freight or air freight based on urgency and destination
  • Larger units (100HP and above) require liftgate or dock delivery arrangements
  • Delivery to residential addresses may require additional coordination — contact us before ordering

Shipping Container Delivery

20ft and 40ft containers are heavy freight. Delivery requires site preparation on your end.

Shipping container delivery is managed through specialized flatbed and roll-off transport. Whether you are ordering a new or used container, delivery logistics must be confirmed before dispatch to ensure your site can receive the unit.

Transport & Site Requirements

  • Containers are delivered via flatbed truck with tilt-bed or side-loading capability
  • The delivery site must have unobstructed access at least 100ft in length for standard flatbeds
  • Ground must be level enough to receive the container without structural risk
  • Offloading is the buyer's responsibility unless a crane or hiab service is arranged separately
  • Delivery addresses in urban or restricted-access zones require advance confirmation

Scheduling & Lead Times

  • Container delivery slots are scheduled after payment is confirmed
  • Lead times vary by location — rural and international deliveries have longer timelines
  • You will receive a confirmed delivery window before the truck is dispatched

If your site has overhead obstacles, soft ground, or narrow access, notify us before ordering. Rescheduling due to site issues may result in additional freight charges.

Helicopter & Aviation Parts Shipping

Safety-sensitive components are shipped with full documentation and compliant handling.

Aviation parts shipping follows strict packaging and documentation standards. Every component — whether structural, mechanical, or avionics-related — is packed to prevent damage in transit and shipped with the documentation required for customs and regulatory clearance.

Handling & Packaging

  • Parts are individually wrapped and secured against vibration and impact
  • Anti-static packaging is used where electrically sensitive components are involved
  • Each shipment includes a packing list, part numbers, and condition documentation

Documentation & Compliance

  • Airworthiness or traceability documentation is included where available
  • Export-controlled parts require additional processing time for licensing compliance
  • International aviation parts shipping may be subject to destination-country import restrictions — buyers are responsible for confirming local regulatory acceptance

For time-critical aviation parts, contact us before placing your order. Air freight options are available for urgent shipments, subject to part classification and availability.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's import requirements.

International freight shipping is available for all product categories. We prepare all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin where applicable.

Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in any product price or shipping quote
  • These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility and are assessed by the destination country's customs authority
  • We do not undervalue shipments or misclassify goods on customs declarations

Customs Clearance

  • We provide complete and accurate customs documentation for every international shipment
  • Customs delays are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund
  • Buyers importing regulated items (engines, aviation components) should confirm their country's import approval process before purchasing
  • A licensed customs broker in your destination country can accelerate clearance for high-value or regulated shipments

Processing & Handling Time

Processing time and shipping transit time are two separate phases.

Processing Time

  • Processing covers order verification, inspection, documentation preparation, and freight booking
  • Standard processing: 2–5 business days for motors and parts
  • Shipping containers: 3–7 business days depending on location and transport arrangement
  • Aviation parts with export licensing requirements: processing may extend to 7–14 business days

Shipping Transit Time

  • Transit begins once the carrier collects the shipment from our facility
  • Domestic freight: 3–10 business days depending on distance and carrier
  • International ocean freight: 15–45 business days depending on destination port
  • International air freight: 3–10 business days for cleared, non-restricted parts

All timeframes are estimates. Freight schedules vary and are subject to carrier capacity, weather events, and customs processing at destination.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

You will know where your shipment is throughout transit.

  • A tracking number or bill of lading reference is issued once your shipment is collected by the carrier
  • For international freight, the bill of lading serves as your shipment reference document
  • Tracking updates are sent to the email address on file at dispatch and at delivery confirmation
  • For container deliveries, the driver's estimated arrival window is confirmed 24–48 hours before delivery
  • If a tracking update has not been received within 5 business days of your processing completion notice, contact our support team

Damages, Inspection & Liability

What to do when your shipment arrives — and why it matters.

All shipments are inspected before dispatch. However, freight damage can occur in transit. Your actions at delivery determine whether a damage claim can be processed.

At Time of Delivery

  • Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing any delivery receipt
  • If damage is observed, note it clearly on the carrier's delivery document before signing
  • Do not refuse delivery based on external packaging alone — internal contents may be intact
  • Photograph all damage to packaging and product before moving the item

Reporting Damage

  • Damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Reports submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted for carrier claim processing
  • Required documentation: photos of damage, delivery note reference, and order number
  • Concealed damage (not visible on delivery) must be reported within 5 business days

We are not liable for delays, additional costs, or losses arising from customs holds, import restrictions, incorrect delivery addresses, or site access failures.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Returns are not accepted for correctly described items that have been delivered without damage
  • Items that are not as described or arrive with confirmed freight damage are reviewed for resolution
  • Return freight costs for approved returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our error
  • Aviation and compliance-sensitive parts cannot be returned once they leave buyer custody
  • Contact support within 5 business days of delivery to initiate any return request
