1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our business and the value of the products involved, all sales of shipping containers and vessels are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been confirmed, invoiced, or delivered.
This policy applies to all:
- New or used shipping containers (standard, refrigerated, reefers,high cube, etc.)
Other Container Services - Container modifications, add-ons, or custom fabrications
2. No Refunds on Fees
All fees paid are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Reservation deposits

Inspection or appraisal fees

Administrative and processing fees

Shipping and delivery charges

Customisation or refurbishment costs
These fees cover the operational costs and time invested into sourcing, preparing, or reserving containers/vessels, and therefore cannot be recovered or reversed.
3. Due Diligence Before Purchase
We strongly recommend that all customers:

Carefully review product specifications, photos, and condition reports

Arrange independent inspections if desired before finalising a purchase

Confirm compliance with local import/export, registration, or maritime regulations

Ask questions about condition, certification, or customisation options beforehand
Purchases made without conducting due diligence will not qualify for reconsideration or credit.
4. Delivery and Acceptance
Upon delivery or transfer of ownership:

Buyers are responsible for inspecting the container or vessel on site

Any concerns regarding transport damage must be reported immediately upon delivery

Once the product is signed off or accepted, no refund or exchange will be permitted
If a customer fails to be present for delivery, the shipment will be considered accepted “as is.”
5. Force Majeure and Market Conditions
Prices and availability of containers and vessels may fluctuate due to global market forces and logistics conditions. We cannot issue refunds for delays or price changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including port congestion, customs clearance delays, or supplier availability.
6. Fraudulent Disputes and Charge backs
Initiating a charge back or payment dispute in violation of this clearly stated policy will result in:

Immediate forfeiture of all claims to the product or service
