1. Limited Return Eligibility
Due to the specialized, high-value, and freight-shipped nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited.
We accept return requests only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from what was ordered.

- New or used shipping containers (including 20ft shipping containers)
- Outboard motors and marine equipment
- Vessels and specialized equipment
- Helicopter and aviation parts
- Accessories, trailers, and related components
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or incompatibility are not accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable once incurred:
- Reservation deposits
- Inspection or appraisal fees
- Administrative and processing fees
- Shipping and delivery charges
- Customization, modification, or refurbishment costs
These fees reflect resources invested in sourcing, preparation, logistics, and order fulfillment.
3. Customer Due Diligence
Before completing a purchase, customers are encouraged to:
- Review product descriptions, specifications, condition details, and images
- Request additional information if needed
- Confirm compatibility, usage requirements, and local compliance obligations
4. Delivery, Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery.
- Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt
- Damage claims must be supported with photos and documentation
- Failure to report delivery damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution
5. Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Return requests are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from what was ordered.
To qualify for a return review:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Order number, photos, and a description of the issue must be provided
- The product must remain unused and in original condition unless damage occurred during transit
