• Administrative and processing fees
• Shipping and delivery charges
• Customization, modification, or refurbishment costs

These fees reflect resources invested in sourcing, preparation, logistics, and order fulfillment.

3. Customer Due Diligence

Before completing a purchase, customers are encouraged to:

• Review product descriptions, specifications, condition details, and images
• Request additional information if needed

4. Delivery, Inspection & Acceptance

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery.

• Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt
• Damage claims must be supported with photos and documentation
• Failure to report delivery damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution

5. Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Return requests are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from what was ordered.
